For international orders, arrival times will vary depending on the postal service in your country and at peak seasons and holiday times may result in a delay in you receiving your item. International parcels are not considered lost until 6 weeks after shipping.However, this is only an estimate and sometimes delays can occur that are outside of our control. Please note that once an item is shipped there is no way to recall it.Lastly, please ensure that the delivery address information is correct especially if the parcel is being sent to someone other than yourself as we can not be held responsible if the item is re-routed back to us because of incorrect address details.
